STEPPING STONE

I am currently in my room and boredom is about to kill me a thousand time. I held my cell phone in my hands staring at it blankly as I lay in bed hoping I receive a message from Tessa that she was already at my house but it seems like the phone itself was of no use. I stood up from bed every single now and then going towards the balcony to check if Tessa had finally arrived but it was also of no use

Heavens couldn't contain the joy I felt when for the first time in my life a friend was coming over to see me. I had informed the guards before hand that a friend was coming over and as usual the nosy guards won't let me be as they kept on teasing me. Some had even placed the opinion that I am having a boyfriend come over in the back of their heads and I hate the thought of that so I stated clearly to them that a really close friend from school was visiting.

My eyes lit up with excitement and my heart leapt for joy when I saw Tessa speaking with the guards for clearance. "Tessa!" I immediately screamed as I ran out of my room.

On my way out to meet Tessa, I saw the love of my heart which was none other than Ryan stare at me with a look of confusion as he asked what was going on but I didn't even give him the attention. How ill mannered of me to not give my crush the attention when he needed it,it makes no sense right? I am just blabbering.

The main door to the house opened and Tessa was lead in by the guards and I ran to her giving her a hug and a light peck on the cheek.

"Tessa,you are finally here, I had waited since like forever for your arrival" I said in excitement.

Awwwwn,do you really miss me that much Elizabeth? Tessa said grinning at me.

Whatever,I didn't even miss you,I was just excited I was having a friend visit. I said holding Tessa's hand as I lead the way.

Hey! The voice of Ryan made me realize that it wasn't just me and Tessa.

Uhmm Tessa meet Ryan and Ryan meet Tessa my friend. I introduced

Nice to meet you Tessa. Ryan said bringing his hands forward for a handshake as Tessa accepted.

Well, Ryan, I and Tessa are off to have a sweet alone girl time. I announced as I walked away with Tessa.

We both entered my room as I shot the door behind me and Tessa just look around with a look of amazement.

Hey,Tessa you are welcome to my house. I said bringing her back to reality.

Yeah,you have such a beautiful house Elizabeth and your room it's so refreshing. She said plopping on the bed as I giggled.

Thank you Tessa,would you like to have anything?, I questioned as Tessa smiled shaking her head as a sign of disapproval

"So would you like to take a tour around my room?"

Of course lead the way friendship. Tessa replied as she stood up from the bed.

"This is my room as you may already know" I walked towards the balcony along with Tessa with a smile plastered on my face and Tessa had a wow expression on her face when she saw the beautiful view of the balcony and I lead her towards my walk in closet.

It was a marvel and it looked straight out of a movie, honestly I was already accustomed to such lavish lifestyle,so these things were no longer new to me. I would describe my closet as one straight out of this world. It looked like a mini boutique as various beauty items were neatly arranged. As a matter of fact I wasn't able to wear all of those clothes in a year. I had a whole collection of expensive jewelleries made from diamond and gold, designer dresses,shoes,bags and other fabulous wears which were products of Chanel,Gucci,Dolce and Gabbana,Versace and other top notch clothing line in the world. My life would be better described as that song 7 rings by Arianna Grande. Lashes and diamonds,ATM machines buy myself all of my favorite things,I want it,I got it I want it I got it,you like my hair gee thanks just bought it,I see it want it I got it. Whoever said money can't solve all your problems....... And all the nasty shits that comes with that,that song is definitely one of my favorite and I could relate big time to that song. Look at me I got whatever I want.
