Hello this is my first story that I have ever written for myself. I thought I would start with a list of the kinds of creatures that will be in my story.
Races
Witches/Wizards: They look human but have the power to bend reality and
create objects with the use of items forged in or made with the Black Flame
and the manipulation of their fragment of the Black Flame that reside in
their body. They can not make precious metals or bring back the dead.
They have the same weaknesses as humans.
Vampires: This is the strongest of all the races. They look human but can
live forever unless killed by being completely destroyed. Pure bloods can
be harmed by silver and fire, and turned humans by silver, fire, or
sunlight unless protected by a magical item forged in the Black Flame.
They can eat human food but must drink the blood of a supernatural being
that has fragments of the Black Flame to use their powers. They have the
ability to cast illusions that effect all the senses and are solid.
Shape shifters: Have the ability to turn into any animal. They have
regenerative abilities and can only be killed by silver or fire. Turned
humans can only turn into the animal they first turn into.
Alchemist: They look human except they have the power to influence objects
on an molecular scale and cause or reverse chemical reactions. The can
change lead into Gold and can make a being live forever unless it is
killed. They can also make fake bodies to hold the life-force of a being
summoned by a necromancer. They have the same weaknesses as humans.
Necromancer: They look human except they have the power to summon and
control the life-force of a being from the Eternal Black Flame. This
allows them to learn from those who have passed on first hand or put them
in a fake body created by alchemist. They have the same weaknesses as
humans.
Werewolves: Are close to shape shifters except they can only turn into a
half-man half-wolf creature. They are also stronger then shape shifters.
They can change whenever they want unless they are turned humans then only
during full moons and have massive regenerative abilities. They can only be
killed by fire or silver.
Ring Bearer: Humans that have the rings of the Ancients that were forged in
the Black Flame with a fragment of the Black Flame that was crystallized
with a drop of blood from their respective race king and queen. There is
one ring for each race and they act as communication devices and keys to
enter the meeting place of the Ancients. The human is chose from a line of
humans who's ancestors have ingested blood from their line's respective king
and queen. They help protect the secret of the supernatural world and act
as advisors to the human side of issues for their king and queen.
The Hunters: A group of humans who have found out about the supernatural
world and hunt them.
