"Noooo" l groaned as rays of sun shone directly in my face .it's not that I didn't want to wake up I was just to tired I stayed until three in the morning working on a project that was really important that I didn't actually hear my alarm .usually I'm not a heavy sleeper but still ...

"Whyyy" I groaned

"Why what" the voice answered.

I would know that annoying little voice anywhere, I opened my eyes at the right time just as my twin sister tried to splash water on my face to wake me up, too bad for her I caught her wrist just before she did and instead made her pour the water on herself and quickly ran off the bed before she could try get back at me.

Even though we're twenty seven we still play around like children this is the side of me that is ONLY and I mean ONLY preserved for a handful of people.

"What are you doing here younger sister" I asked her emphasising on the last part ,even though we're twins I'm older than Diana by two minutes and I must say best two minutes of my life. since she doesn't like me addressing her as younger sister I make fun of her all the time.

She just stood there hands akimbo, just as she was starting to say something she thought better and instead she stood there and looked at me .

I smirked at her to show her I've won as I went back to my bed when I heard

"Mom.." she shouted while leaving my room

"Shit" I cursed under my breath looking at my sister only this time she was the one smirking.

"Marc's making fun of me again
" I heard her complain as she went downstairs.

I've just earned myself a life time of moms ear pinching I've been getting those lately for making fun of my sister.

After she left I went to the bathroom to take a shower and get ready to get to the office before heading to the hotel where the meeting will be happening. My best friends and I have been working on this project for long let's just hope that it will be approved. I went downstairs after dressing up.

"Good morning everybody ." I greeted them as I took my seat.

"Good morning son" both mom and Dad replied at the same time.
"So..what's the occasion" I asked as I saw the table and saw eggs,Bacon, pancakes, sandwiches and the list goes on and on thanks to mom's cooking.

"This is for you and the boys " said mom

"But we've still not cracked the deal mom"

"And I believe my boys won't let me down" said mom referring to me and my best friends.
"Hey what about me?" Dad asked

"Dad all you're going to do is just sit there and judge, me Noah and Edward get to do the hard part"

"And you think approving a project isn't work?" Dad asked while corking his eyebrows
"It is work, just...not a lot of work"

"Okay let's stop with who does more work than who and just have break fast shall we" mom interrupted.

I really admired my parents a lot they have been together for so long but still loved each other a lot I don't know if I'll ever find someone that will love me like mom loves dad ,but I doubt I will since everybody is after money nowadays.And I was not thinking about that right now.

Just before we started eating the doorbell rang the butler opened the door and moments later we see Edward, of course who else would it be so early in the morning .Edward was one of my best friend. Noah and Edward have been my best friends since high school, Noah has always been the serious one Edward the baby we call him that because for a twenty four year old guy he can be really immature sometimes and I ..lie somewhere in between them.

"Good mor..he stopped mid sentence when he saw the dinning table full of food and yeah I forgot to mention Edward is married to food so..

"Wow its like someone read my mind from miles away" he said while sitting down.

"Yeah good morning to you too Ed"D said sarcastically.
Edward just rolled his eyes and continued."wow aunt soo... what are we celebrating?" He asked my mom. Edward's mom was best friends with my mom so basically they're like family.
"Don't you guys have a meeting today" D asked

"We do don't we,but we still have time before the meeting so I'm gonna prepare myself for the meeting soo..let's see what I'll start with."

"Speaking of meetings I think we need to get going" I interrupted their little chat.

"But the food.. " Edward whined.

"You do know we own hotels right"I told him.

" sooo...."

"So you can eat at just one of them."

"But aunt's food is so much better and on top of it this is breakfast the most important meal of the day,"

"Suit yourself I'm going and you better not be late" I said as I left to go take my laptop and phone.
I reached right on time to receive a call from Noah.

"Where the hell are you guys" he started the minute I answered the phone.

"I'm fine thank you for asking." I said sarcastically and heard him sigh on the other end

"The meeting is at two pm why do we have to come right now?" I asked him even though I already know the answer.

"Seriously where are you I called Ed about twenty minutes ago and he said that he was coming to get you."

"He's here alright..."

"And let me guess he's stuffing his face with whatever your mom has prepared,and grab something for me as well will you"

"Seriously"

"What ,have you tasted your mother's cooking?"

"Yes.. She is my mother???" I asked not sure where this was going

"Then we understand each other, oh and bring that asshole along or there's no way he'll be able to come on time."

"Sure"

"See you in a bit."

I grabbed what I needed and headed back downstairs.

"Come on Edward we need to leave,mom will you please pack something for Noah."

"I will" my sister chirped making everyone's head to turn to her.
"Oookay"
"Yeah and while you're at it please pack one for me too" Edward said and now everyone looked at him like he had sprouted another head.

"Dude you just finished eating"I stated.

"you know what they say,you can never be too full."

"Yeah.. I don't think anybody says that" D said

"Can we just leave, as it is were late and were never gonna hear the end of it"

"Whatever man"

I took the packed breakfast , bid goodbye to mom and then left.
since Dad was one of the investors we would meet him at the meeting later.
