" what do you mean? " I asked, not feeling good about whatever his reply will be.
I saw a screen behind him showed up before it started playing a video. In the video shows my Luna surrounded by vampires, she is fighting them all by herself, alone. Amon took that opportunity and freed himself from my grip.
He disappeared but I felt him behind me, I turned around but took a few steps back when he tried to attack me.
" as I said, my dear, I don't mind my death right now, but unfortunately for you, today is not the day I will die in. after all, you killed me last time, so this time I came back stronger and prepared." I clenched my fists.

" we will find out how prepared you are soon." And without any further arguments, i started attacking him.
I must admit for an old brat, he is quite powerful. We fought like this for sometimes before he ran fast towards me. I stopped him by grabbing him by his neck and threw him to the nearest wall with all my power.
He fell on his knees, and I was quick to throw him to the floor completely, before starting punching his face nonstop, I didn't stop until he looked like a dead person. I then stood up before taking the sword on the wall, he used to torture me with, the past 5 days.
he slowly tried to sit down, he got on his knees as he tried to stand up completely, but I didn't let him. I took one of his arms and cut it with the sword in my hand, making him scream out in pain. I threw his right arm away.
" that is for what you did to my grandparents!" I growled, grabbing his other arm and cut it off as well.
" THAT IS FOR WHAT YOU DID TO MY PARENTS " he screamed in pain once more, blood was like a waterfall coming from his shoulders, and his healing power was nothing to stop the bleeding.
I kneeled in front of him, fisting his hair in my hand, making him look at me and I smirked.
" And this is for daring to touch, taking away, and hurting what is mine. you should have thought twice before touching my mate " I whispered to him, his eyes widened as he screamed, begging for mercy,
His scream, god, it sounds like music to my ears.
And with that, I took his heart out of his chest by my hand and threw it over to the small fireplace, he fell down by the time his heart burned and slowly disappeared, he became ash.
" rest in hell ' uncle ', "I told him, Leo was howling in victory in my head.
' We did it, now this will be a lesson to those whoever thought they could take our mate from us!" He growled and I chuckled.
" agreed, now let's finish everyone off, and go back to Luna-" the door burst opened, I quickly took a fighting position, ready to attack, but my eyes widened when I saw my Luna. There she was beautiful as ever, breathing heavily, probably because of running.
she looked over to me and her beautiful lips started to tremble, she ran towards me and jumped in my arms, hugging my neck tightly. I heard her soft sobs, i couldn't do anything else other than hugging her tightly, just her sweet scent is enough to relax my tense body. She cried harder while burying her face in my neck, although it pains me hearing her crying, i let her be because i know those are tears of happiness.
" shuuuu love, i am here, i am here, don't cry please.." I start circling my hand around her back and rubbing her hair softly. I kept whispering sweet and reassuring words to her till she slowly calmed down. Backing away from me, she looked deep in my eyes with those eyes I missed a lot. but what she did next took me completely by surprise.
She cupped my face in her hands before She crashed her lips over mine kissing me deeply, I wasted no time to kiss her back, pulling her closer to me, leaving no space between.
" I-I missed you so much " she whispered, as she backed away, I smiled pecking her lips one more time.
" I missed you more, my queen," I told her truthfully. she smiled before slowly unwrapping her arms around my neck, she hissed as she slowly put a hand over her belly. It was then I realized those small cuts over her face, which made me growl loudly
" who dared to touch you! " I growled as I touch those cuts on her face
" earth to Asher! I came here like this, of course, I will get hurt ! " she said angrily, as she threw my hand away, making me angrier but yet confused.
" you came here alone ?" I asked
" no actually, how can i enter this damn big place alone? It was all well planned, but now is not the right time talking about it. " she is right, I don't give a shit anymore, we can talk about everything once we will get home. For now, I want to enjoy having her back in my arms. I carried her bridal style and she gasped at the sudden movement as wrapped her arms around my neck. She looked so cute and small in my arms.
" w-what are you doing ?" She whispered sounding tired, I kissed her forehead, smiling at her
" my love, I will carry you, so we can go home, of course " she didn't say anything else, instate she unwrapped her arms around my neck before resting her head on my shoulder.
I walked out of the room not caring about anything, if any of Amon's men dared to show up, they are dead meats.
I didn't saw anyone which was strange, the moment I stepped out of the castle, I saw the castle guards are surrounding the place, they were all wearing the guards uniform.
I growled loudly as a warning while bringing Luna closer to me.
What surprised me was they all lowered their head for me, and my eyes twinkled the moment I recognized them. They are all my pack members, but they are wearing the vampire guards uniform, making me question Luna's plan all over again.
" Asher! Please! Stop talking with yourself, my head hurts," Luna somehow growled at me annoyed, I heard gasps from the warriors in front of us.
I know, no one disrespects me like this, but my little Luna is an exception, she can kill me, I wouldn't mind it. I kissed her forehead once more before apologizing, with a warm smile.
" it's ok, I know you have a lot of questions, we will answer them once we are home, ok ? " she smiled weakly at me
" ok love, sleep now, I can see you are tired " she didn't resist, she nodded and closed her eyes, it didn't take long for her breathing to become steady. I walked towards one of the cars and a warrior opened the backseat door for me, I got inside carefully with Luna in my arms. The warrior closed the door before getting inside as well and started driving.
I took my time, staring at every detail of her beautiful face, she looked skinner, I need to make sure she will eat a lot, so she will become healthy once more.
' can't wait to have a run with Ana! We can go hunting together !!' Leo said, jumping around my head in excitement. He looks like a little pup.
' Ana? ' I asked
' it's our mate's wolf name! Isn't it beautiful?' He asked for my opinion, dreamily.
" Ana .." I whispered, testing it on my tongue, god, it is such a pretty name.
The rest of the ride i was watching my beautiful mate, while Leo kept telling me about our plans for the future, i liked them all.
After hours of the car ride, we finally made it back to the pack. I got out of the car and my eyes widened at what I saw, it was nearly morning, every pack members are normally asleep at this time, but they are now awake, standing there, they lowered their head in respect for me,
" We are so glad you both are safe, son " Luna Cindy said with a big smile, on her face
" thank you, Luna Cindy, and thank for everyone to actually welcoming us back like this, I feel like I came back to my family which is a fact " I smiled at them which they returned back
" Everyone, please go back and rest " I dismissed them, and they all farewelled before taking their leave.
Luna Cindy walked over to me, kissing her daughter's cheek, saying good night, and then she also made her way towards the place she might be staying at, in the pack.
After they all left i also started walking towards my house in the pack, i walked inside our room, laying Luna softly on the bed before covering her with the blanket.
I walked over to the bathroom before getting into the shower, The moment the warm water hit my body, I felt all muscles in my body relaxed, which felt like a true blessing.
Thinking about that everything is finally over, I couldn't be happier, knowing no more threats will come near my love and my pack. I mean true, I still have a lot of enemies out there, but this one was the most stressful one. I just need always to keep Luna close to me, and nothing bad shall happen anymore.
After I was done, I wore one of my sweat-short and wasted no time to get under the blanket with my Luna, to my surprise, she is already wearing her Pyjamas, but how? Maybe when I was taking a shower, she woke up and wore them.
I didn't question anything anymore, I am too tired for that anyway, I wrapped my arms around her small frame, before bringing her closer to my chest.
" hope you are having sweet dreams, my love.." I kissed her forehead and fell asleep with my queen in my arms
