But with the world itself turned against humans, the tides growing higher, and resources once taken for granted now dwindling, few options remain. No options remain. Humanity will fall. So the focus changed, survival was now about how to pass on what humans learned, so the next inhabitants will never make the mistakes humanity did. With you seen as the prime candidate for this project, you are placed in a cryogenic pod to hopefully preserve you long enough to be of use of the new world. What awaits for you once you awake, what foes will you have to face this time, can you find anything to call an ally. Only time will tell. So hello, I've finally broke and given into the temptation to write a Splatoon story with the 3rd game just around the corner. I'm personally really excited to start writing but am worried this might not be that great so please go easy on me. This will take place staring at the time of Splatoon 2 Octo Expanse and hopefully go on into Splatoon 3. The lone guardian, named Ritan, is now in an unfamiliar world, must learn to combat the new darkness of this new world, the grimm. So I have seen a lot of RWBY X Destiny stories and decided to write one myself. This should be the first story I have released but who knows maybe not.
