My June, my light, my love, maybe the stars had it out for us. What if we were meant to stay apart. I should have listened to all the others that warned me but I didn't and now I can't get you out of my head.

She was chosen to attend one of the best private high schools in the LA region with a full ride scholarship.
Some might be excited about this new change but this means she's going to have to leave all of her friends at one of the worse public schools in the LA region.
Of course family drama is always at the front of her life but what family doesn't have a little drama.
She also like to party and partying is what she'll do.
It's not like she wants to be the messed up kid and doesn't want to make her single mother proud but everything she does is just failure behavior.
She will also meet a lot of new people like her new best friend, Layla Ryder, who is the cheer captain while Nova is the type of girl to not give a crap.
Now she will meet a boy, Easton Jacobs, who is on the basketball team and a grade A prick.
She only has English class with him but this won't stop them debating over any topic.
Until she decides to go to one party that would change her life forever.
I guess it's just teenagers living the teenage dream.
Start Reading

Teenage Dream

Growing pains, the pain of growing up

Rubyconger / 7 pages
Bad girls don't cry, right? Raven Faye is a 16 year old girl who is a product of divorced parents. She really only had a few things to live for and that kept her going, her two best friends and dance. Until she met a mysterious boy who would only answer her questions in vague answers. Normal people would have given up on trying to figure out this boy but Raven was intrigued she wanted to figure him out and understand why he meant so much to her.
Start Reading

Growing pains, the pain of growing up

Salty Love

Rubyconger / 20 pages
Apparently I was unconscious for 6 minutes. The doctor said I was a miracle since I was able to have full function of my limbs, I was able to speak, and remember things.

The doctor said I would make a full recovery but they wanted me to stay for awhile in the hospital so they could check on me.

"Mom,who saved me?" I said in a rasped voice as if I have been sleeping for years.

"A very nice boy, he's outside, would you like to meet him?" my mom said, wiping a tear off her cheek with her free hand.

I nodded not wanting to talk because my throat hurt.

He walked in my room and my jaw almost fell open. He was tan, with blonde hair, and blue eyes. He was wearing lifeguard shorts and a light grey shirt. I could see some of his muscle popping through his shirt. He was skinny but didn't look like he was sick and he had muscle but not a lot to look abnormal for his body. He was my type.

He was so sexy.
Start Reading

Salty Love
