Lily has lived in Tree Hill her whole life. Her dad works as an assistant basketball coach at Tree Hill High, and her mom owns a cozy bookstore where Lily often helps out. She has two older sisters who are away at college and rarely come home. Lily has been friends with Nathan since they were kids-long before he became the school's basketball star. She's also close with Haley, her best friend since middle school. Haley doesn't understand how Lily can still be friends with Nathan, and not many others do either.
