Dr. Rintarou Mikage, a jujutsu medic with frontline combat potential, is abruptly teleported by Satoru Gojo, disrupting his treatment of a dying man. Alongside him is Arah, a delusional man with a god complex who refuses to acknowledge the existence of cursed energy. Gojo introduces himself and hints at recruiting them both for a mission.
