Zedaph was a remarkably unremarkable person. He wasn't strong, he wasn't smart, despite what people claimed about him. He was just a normal sheep hybrid with horns and hooved feet. He didn't think he was really much of anything-not like his friend Tango, who could literally create fire at his fingertips and was incredibly warm to cuddle with, or his friend Impulse, a cybernetic genius working with a whole plethora of people to better society through cybernetics. Zedaph just fell into a depression. He didn't think he was really as smart as people gave him credit for, and, after a while, he didn't feel worthy of his friends. He began to feel like he was holding them back. that is until Monday he met a man dressed in red

Looking back on it, Jimmy blames the garden for everything that's happened. After all, that's where he found the box, which led to Deepfrost, which led to this whole spiral of backsliding further and further away from the warmth of life. It had all started simply enough- with a dungeon, and with a goal- and had, over time, meandered into a world of beasts and bosses and dangers that Jimmy never had fully been able to grasp until it was too late, until he learned what Deepfrost REALLY was. But, that's a little too close to the end of the story. Let's rewind things back to the start, back to the beginning of the game known as Deepfrost. Let's talk about the first runs, the first deadly encounters, the first small victories. Or . . . perhaps you should be left to discover that on your own. After all, Deepfrost is a game that prides itself in its own immersive experience . . . in more ways than one. --- Deepfrost is an AU that is a crossover of the games Inscryption (by Daniel Mullins) and Decked Out 2 (by Tango Tek). You don't need to know anything about either of these to enjoy this story. If you don't want spoilers for the level design of Decked Out 2 or the layout of Act 2 and some of the overarching lore of Inscryption, I would consider not reading this fic, or at least leaving it for later :]

Bart has been turned, along with most other Outsiders and a large portion of the civilian populace, into a Vampire. Three years later, as the world is ending, Wisteria has had enough. One way or another, Wisteria is determined to stop Bart - even if it kills her in the process. ------------- A story that is based on the vibe and some ideas from "DC x Vampires" + "Young Justice (Cartoon)" + "DCeased" - but is not canon compliant whatsoever. It does include my OC. It should be mentioned Bart and Wisteria were in a pre-established relationship for a while before the events that led to him being turned. Not normally one to post OC content, but I am very proud of this work. Not my usual style of writing for something as long as this - usually that would look more like my original works - but it does the job in this case, I feel. I should also mention that Wisteria is not human - but at most you need to just understand she had feathers, and wings, and very sharp talon-like nails. Also understand she is for fun so yes, she is 100% a menace that keeps worming her war into the lives of criminals. The ones mentioned here are Bronze Tiger, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and Harley Quinn.
