Texteditor Stories

I'm stuck. Stuck in a city where the wealthy thrive and live while us commoners fight over every little scrap. I tried to leave but they wouldn't let me. They didn't let me go back home. People can come in. But they can't go out. All media is reviewed. I guess old tech like .txt documents were long forgotten by the government. I need to escape. People are being murdered in their sleep. Deadly fumes choke and kill anything it touches. This is no place for anyone
