Jessie Kawecki desperately needs a break. Her girlfriend broke up with her, she's sleeping on her brother's couch, and she's got maybe about forty dollars in her wallet.

Still, when she gets offered the position of nanny to the three cheeky daughters of single mother Elizabeth Canfield, she hesitates. Closed-off and cold, Elizabeth is harder to handle than all of her kids together, and Jessie has no idea how long she can manage to put up with her.

But she could really use the money, and she probably won't see that much of Elizabeth anyway. Why else would she need a nanny?

Rules Of Silence

27 parts Complete Mature

Completed! 💯 GXG agegap slowburn #smut! It starts with a widow in her late forties, set in her ways, worn down by loss and bitterness. She doesn't want anyone in her house, but she can't quite afford to be alone anymore either. When a young woman shows up at her door, persistent and desperate for a place to stay, she lets her in against her better judgment. At first, it's all rules and distance: quiet, no visitors, no trouble. But the longer the girl is upstairs, the harder it is to keep things separate. The silence of the house shifts. What began as irritation turns into something more complicated, something the widow doesn't want to name.
