this was my first ever poem not good at this but tried my best to describe what am feeling so yea

Even though it happened days ago I still shiver and get goosebumps, even on the inked spots of my shin. Staring at myself in the mirror I try to assure myself that it will all be fine. I'm skinnier than I was. Still the muscles are almost the same size, even bigger than before all of this. I can see my ribs from under my skin. I touch the elephant tattoo on my side and place my hand over it like my little sister used to. Down stairs I hear that people are starting to talk, that means we are going out soon, to look for food, people, even bodies. In another world where a war gazes the country, a 17 year old girl takes matters into her own hand when her parents disappear. The city that 17 year old April lives in is surrounded by the army of the country that once wear their friends, but are now their rival, And while food sources decline, April and her friends, younger than 20 years old try to keep what is left of their sanity and help people that are left with nothing. While all of this fills the head of the young girl, a boy sneaks into her world of blood sweat and tears. This is not about love, or teens, Nor is it a sob-fast. It's about war, A total war and an internal-war. Hope you'll enjoy. Love -B

Fighting against myself

A girl that is a victim of sexual abuse. Shelved in a world of similarity but she is different. Her mom died of cancer and was blamed for her death. Because of her differences she sees the world differently and becomes an even bigger victim of bulling and abuse. (Warning maybe triggering) (Read at ur own risk)

Iris was the only one in her family who was independent, confident and had the potential to do anything great with bravery but her problem was only one!. She trusted a human very easily, so easily as if she knew that person. However, she was determined and could fight for her rights that was something so good in her! And that's what she does in this story she aims for good even though she gets into many shits!!!.However, Iris achieves her honour at the end of the day.

I didn't write this but I thought I needed to share it with you guys... This is powerful..

The journey to confidence is hard and confusing, but without it, it is hard to stand up to other people or even ourselves in general. We learn through our own journeys, and I have a terrible time with confidence though I can literally go up to anyone my age or younger and talk to them one on one. Odd right? Well this book I'm hoping will not just encourage me to become more confident in myself, I'm also hoping it helps any of you out there with that same struggle.
