    | WATTPAD EDITOR'S CHOICE | Major Aula Reed is a Canadian fighter pilot, veteran astronaut, and closeted bisexual. She's stationed on the second International Lunar Base or ILUB-2 with seven other crewmates. To be separated from Earth means facing radiation, meteorites, and equipment failure while under constant public scrutiny. For Aula, it also means struggling with memories of ILUB-1: the worst disaster in space exploration since the shuttle era. While she tries not to let her first mission overshadow her second, the Moon is an unforgiving place. It only takes one mistake, no matter how small, for history to repeat itself. This is a story of the near future informed by the lives of today's astronauts, whose triumphs and tragedies are immortalized in the public eye.

As everything around them crumbled to mere existence, Earth's greatest scientists made one last effort to save the world that had been ravaged by climate change and human fault. Gene enhancement. The testing on pregnant women was indubitably dangerous; but what else was there left to try when Earth faces the ineluctable consequences? If there was any chance of volition that this generation could make the difference, it had to be taken. But with no palpable differences at their birth, only time will tell if these children will truly be the key to Earth's salvation. Not only for humanity but also for the place they live in. Even if that is the case, can they get the better of the ignorance that destroyed the planet in the first place? Book summary by @minusfractions (mostly some parts). This is a rewrite of my already completed book of the same name. You don't need to read that to be able to read this, though there are some differences between them. Seelie and Unseelie Fae have always had a strained relationship. A war between the two begins and thirteen years later Isadora Dawn believes she is the last Seelie Fae being hunted by the Unseelie. Never staying still for long, she runs, always moving between cities, staying away from nature if she can. Until one day. Stranded in a town home to a nature preserve, things that thought were lost are found and a life Isadora thought she could never get again, makes itself known. But with her guard down is Surviving The Dark still possible?

I firmly believe that graduation instills in everyone a feeling of nostalgia. Which is why, as I attempt to find my seat at graduation rehearsal, I find myself stumbling into hidden pockets of memories that had long been shoved into the back of my mind by the stress of high school. Faces will forever be the bookmarks of our lives. Different people take us back to different moments that we would love to relive or rather forget. As we view everyone, we are reminded of who we once were and who we will strive to be. They stir up emotions of love, jealousy, hatred, thankfulness, helplessness as we view how others have grown and often compare their progress to ourselves. Welcome to graduation, the last moments of juvenility, as we look back on our past selves and strive to see the future. ** She has regrets when she looks back at her high school years. She regrets the person she turned into. She regrets that she didn't realize that she didn't want to be that person sooner. She regrets that she didn't become her own person until later. But she doesn't regret the people she met. She doesn't regret the true friends she made. And she can't say that she regrets the memories, however hard they are to relive because in the end, they helped compose the person she is as she walks across the graduation stage. So on the true final day of her high school years, she sees and she remembers. *continuously being updated
