And of course, his abusive father. Trauma constantly weighs him down, And he doesn't want Hazel to think he's a burden for telling her all of his problems. So, he bottles them up. He hides behind a cold, tough exterior that no one could ever crack. Until, Nico meets Will Solace.

This is just another story about the cutest couple in the Riordanverse <3!As almost all of these stories do, this takes place right after the end of Blood of Olympus and is starting during Nico's three days in the infirmary. This is the first thing I have written that is not for school so do not expect greatness from me. What you can expect is a cheesy, cringy & heartwarming story about Solangelo and their adventures. Nico finally gets out of that weird hotel, only for everything to be different. There are a lot more lights, and everyone is staring at this tiny screen, and the weird lawyer lady is watching him now. His dad visits sometimes, but not enough. His sister is growing distant, which makes sense, she had her own life. It still hurt sometimes though. Then things start to change. He meets the Waynes, for one. Gotham is a big scary place, when he's allowed out into it, but they're nice. And their dad is funny. A lot funnier than his dad.(Don't tell Hades he said that. Ms. Alecto keeps saying he'd smite Nico. Nico didn't believe it, but still.) So yeah. Gotham is fine. His life is... nice. Even when the lights flicker because Bianca is yelling at him, then Ms. Alecto gets mad at her for not controlling her emotions. Even when he's allowed to go outside and he sees ghosts. He doesn't tell Ms. Alecto about that, he doesn't want her to get mad at him. Everything is fine. Then these weird people started coming around their house, and Ms. Alecto started telling them to stay out of the house. Where were they supposed to go? Bianca says the library. But Nico kinda wants to visit their neighbors next door. They seem nice. Not weird at all. This is a rewrite of the blue covered Saving Wisdom! I highly recommend reading this one over the other, as this has more character building. ~~~ Being a half-blood isn't easy, and it doesn't get easier. Of course, fighting in two wars and being drafted into a third doesn't help. But there are those lucky ones. The ones who survive and move on, have families, education, life. Percy Jackson is not one of them. He's a demigod and apparently, a very powerful and hated wizard.
