INDEFINITE HIATUS When there was Before, there was Light. When After came, Darkness followed. The Light has disappeared for over a century, and the people struggle to survive. In their bleak world, a small ray of hope known to the people as the Wishing Well emerges. Unfortunately, it does not grant the people's wishes, and the arrival of new hope soon dies. Anya Jensen is no different than anyone else in her village: black hair, brown eyes, and hungry. Not just for the meager amount of food that is available, but for the Light. Because of the Wishing Well, it is her that fate chooses to find the Light, despite her intent decision to have nothing to do with it. What she doesn't realize is maybe it's time for the Light to come back to the people.

Megumi is standing opposite to the Narita International Airport. She ran away from home to be with her love Yuki. But her father's words "Are you sure you can leave behind all this luxury to suffer with him. Do you think love alone can feed you and keep you alive in this world" kept reverberating in her head. Lately she has been feeling very wary of her love. A lot of people have told her that her love was not meant to be. And so she hesitated..... and eventually went back home. Only to find out that the plane she was supposed to catch crashed killing Yuki. A year later she is made to enter a marriage of convenience with Naoki, the rich heir to a large corporation to strengthen business relationships. At first they hate each other but eventually start developing soft corners for each other. They soon enter a budding romance, as Naoki heals all of Megumi's wounds. What happens when Yuki appears out of nowhere and it turns out that he did not die in the plane crash after all. Will the budding romance blossom? Will Naoki be willing to let Megumi go? Will Yuki still hold the same feelings he had for her back then? Who holds Megumi's heart? Read on to find out...................
