Shifting isn't about escaping your life. It's about consciously exploring experiences your physical reality can't offer-while staying grounded in who you are. Come and read my very first guide book to shifting, where we will learn how to script, how to shift, what shifting even is, what methods to use, what not to script and so on... You're starting to have regrets, but it seems the world won't let you out even if you yell your safeword as many times as possible.
