Question of the Day:
What's your favourite way to procrastinate? 🥲

I held my wife's hand, guiding her into the dining room where everyone was already gathered.
It was only my father and Nadia missing. And his new mistress, apparently.
I headed over to my place at one head of the table, but Millie took the chance to scurry over to Riviera and Daria - her two new best friends.
I never thought I'd see the day Millie and Riviera behaved like sisters. But now, whenever Riviera comes to visit, they're joined at the hip. And since Daria was the same age, she was the third member of The Sisterhood.
That's what Rocco and I called it - The Sisterhood.
If anyone ever gets on their bad side, they'd know exactly what I meant. The three of them were vicious together. And I was speaking from experience.
"You okay?" Rocco nudged me, standing by the table with a drink in hand.
"Yeah." I sighed, resting my elbows on the back of my chair. "It's just been a long fucking day."
And it's about to get longer.
"The twins told me what this dinner is all about." He whispered, although he didn't really need to. No one was paying us any attention.
The twins were engaged in some kind of conversation and the Sisterhood were giggling about something stupid. Even Elena was busy poking Marian's little leg while she waited patiently for her dinner in her high chair.
"How do you feel about it?" Rocco asked, while I was busy watching the rest of our family around the table.
"I don't really care much about Nadia." I never did, not after she wormed her way into my family so soon after Mama died. "But him taking a mistress is an insult to Mama's memory."
I couldn't see it any other way.
Sure, he married Nadia very quickly after Mama was killed. But now he'd apparently fallen in love again.
I know for fucking sure I could never fall in love twice in five years after the way I felt about Millie. If I ever lost her...I'd probably fucking lose it. I don't think I could ever find anyone else.
"You're not going to stop it though, right?"
"No." I shook my head. "I don't support it, but I have bigger problems. If he wants to destroy his marriage to Nadia for some random whore, he can do it."
