In Indian tradition, red has long been the quintessential colour for newlywed brides, symbolizing love, passion, prosperity and fertility. It embodies the warmth of new beginnings and joyous spirit of marriage.
And so, as per the post-wedding rituals, Ayushmaan's bride was told to wear red, embracing the timeless tradtion.
As the day slowly edged towards afternoon, Parthiv Haveli thrummed with activities. And the vibrant energy of the world outside mirrored that of the newlywed bride, who rushed forward with excitement and nervousness because the truth was, the Shekhawats were running behind schedule for Reet's vidai.
On the other hand, Reet had envisioned a serene day: filled with a soothing bath and cozy moments beside her man, who lay peacefully asleep. But a single phone call from her BhabhiSa shattered that tranquility, reminding her of the unfinished responsibilities that loomed ahead.
She had a number of tasks to complete. Starting from, getting dressed in a vision of red and so, her BhabhiSa led her to a makeshift studio nestled within the Haveli, where she would be adorned with a stunning makeover.
And as they entered, they saw Meera Shekhawat overseeing the styling team as they prepared Reet's look for the day, while everyone was quick to settle into their designated roles with a sense of purpose and efficiency.
With a nod from her cousin and BhabhiSa, Reet changed into a robe and settled in for her makeover in front of the mirror, surrounded by a skilled team of makeup artists and stylists.
