The air felt heavy, charged with an unspoken tension that made Abhimanyu's heart race. Aarushi stood by the bed. Abhimanyu could see her fists clenched at her sides, a storm brewing behind her usually warm brown eyes.

"Love, what happened?" he asked stepping towards her, his voice gentle but laced with concern.

Aarushi didn't turn to face him, her gaze fixed on the window. Her jaw tightened, and he could almost hear the grinding of her teeth. The silence stretched between them, thick with her frustration.

"Baby, please," he urged, stepping closer "Talk to me." Still, she remained silent, her body rigid.

Abhimanyu felt a wave of unease wash over him. "Tell me what it is" he urged, his voice low and soothing, but it only seemed to ignite the fire inside her.

"What the fuck is your problem" she snapped, pushing his hand away with a force that surprised him " Why are you so irritating"

The hurt flickered across Abhimanyu's face ,his concern morphing into confusion and hurt
"Jaan, I was just-" he began, but she cut him off, anger spilling out like a dam bursting.

"What you were? Can't you stop meddling in my life?" Her words came out in a rush, each one laced with venom."Why are you so stubborn to destroy everything with your presence? Stop making m-my life hell" Tears rolled down from her eyes.

Abhimanyu felt the words lash at him, each syllable a reminder of the echoes from his past. He had heard those same tones before, the accusations that had haunted him since childhood "You are such a bad omen"

"You destroy everything with your useless presence"

But he pushed the memories aside, focusing instead on Aarushi, who was unraveling before him. Who wants his support. He can fight his demons later , but he has to comfort her first.

"Baby, Calm down.I was just trying t-to comfort you" he said, trying to keep his own voice steady, but her fury only intensified.

"Calm down? You think I can calm down when you're always here, irritating me. Can't you understand that I hate you. I hate your presence around me."She glared at him, her eyes wild with emotion.

"Why do you have to marry me and spoil my life. Why did you force me?I was so happy but the day you entered in my life,you destroyed everything .Why are you even in my life." she shouted in anger and frustration. Her eyes turned red from continuous crying.

"You destroy everyone with your presence....good for nothing. "He again heard his father's voice taunting him.

Aarushi didn't know what she was saying; she was blinded by my anger. Abhimanyu felt a sharp pain in his chest, noticing her disheveled state. He never wanted to see her like this.Hurt and sad.
