Lyline...

Even her name sounded like a ray of sunshine. ☀️

And it wasn't without reason. Lyline was in love. Truly in love. The kind of love you rarely experience the racing heart 💓, the thoughts spinning in circles 🔄, and that silly smile that appears the moment a certain name is mentioned.

John.

The famous John. 😇

That young man with an angelic smile, the kind who seemed to have been sent to Earth solely to melt hearts. Every time Lyline and I joined his livestream, it was always the same scene. He welcomed her with disarming gentleness 🥹, a bright smile ✨, and that special way he said her name as if it were precious 💖.

I saw it. I knew it.

Lyline was absolutely not indifferent. And neither was he.

He always worried about her 🤍, asked if she was doing okay, called her with adorable little nicknames 🥰 affectionate, almost dangerous for a heart already so fragile. Honestly... they were beautiful together . The kind of duo that makes you believe in love again.

So one day, I gathered my courage 💪 and told her, very seriously:

"Why don't you tell him how you feel?"

Lyline looked at me as if I had just suggested skydiving without a parachute 😳🪂.

She was scared. Scared of her feelings 💔. Scared of being rejected 😔. Scared she was imagining things 🎬. Yet all the signs were there 🚦. Absolutely all of them.

I knew I had to act.

So I told her:

"Ask him out. Try to meet him. You have nothing to lose."

Lyline practically choked 😵.

"No no no! I don't want to be delulu!"

I sighed internally 🙄.

"No! You're not. You have nothing to lose, I promise."

She hesitated. For a long time. Then, in a burst of courage mixed with total panic 😬, she went for it. The message was sent.

Barely a few seconds later, she said:

"Angel... I shouldn't have done that. I'm scared."

She was exactly like a 14‑year‑old girl 👧💘 who had just asked her future boyfriend if he wanted to go out with her. Adorable. Truly.

I tried to reassure her.

"Honestly, I'm sure it's possible."

Then suddenly:

"Angel... I told you... he's not even answering even though he saw my message..." 😩

I rolled my eyes.

"Lyline, give him time to reply. Breathe." 🧘‍♀️

And then...

Five minutes later.

My phone rang 📞.

Lyline was screaming. Literally.

"ANGEL!!! ANGEL!!! HE ANSWERED!!!" 😱🎉

He had said yes.

Yes to meeting up 💫.

Yes, he was excited 🥰.

Then, full panic mode.

"But... but... what am I supposed to do now?!"

I burst out laughing 😂.

She was too cute.

"You're going to say yes, obviously." 😌💛

And just like that, without even realizing it, Lyline had taken a huge step forward 💖.

But for now, there was only one thing to remember:

Love , even virtual , always finds a way to hit right where it matters 💛✨💘
