Chapter two: secrets come out

I sit on my bed finishing up some homework as my mom walks in. She takes a seat on my bed, and places a hand on my knee. "Now, Bianca what is going on?" She asks. The little party thing was two days ago, and since then I have stayed up in my room. Unless it was necessary for me to leave. That means ignoring Alex, and he has come over multiple time to try to see me.

"At the cook out, Alex and I almost kissed." I say quietly. I look into my mom's eyes waiting for her to say something, but she nods her head wanting me to keep going. "I kind of wish we did." She grins at me.

"I knew it!" She squeals. My eyebrows furrow together with confusion.

"What?"

"Sorry. Well, do you like him?" She asks a little too eagerly.

"I think so. Mom, what do I do?" She squeals again, before containing herself. "Mom, you can't tell Nicole." I tell her mind of sternly.

"Fine." She breathes out. "Why don't you just tell him how you feel?" She asks.

"Are you kidding?"

"No. I mean the poor kid thinks he did something wrong." She says. I look down nodding me head feeling bad. "Don't feel bad, honey."

"It's hard not to mom. I don't want him to hate me."

"He won't hate you." She rolls her eyes. "Oh, your father and I are going out tonight. Your siblings are sleeping over their friends' houses." I nod my head.

"Have fun." She smiles at me before standing up.

"Just talk to him hun." She smiles before leaving me alone in my room.

I lay on the ground in the family room just listening to the music blast through the speakers down here. I just stare up to the ceiling trying to clear my head. The music suddenly turns off making me jump up. My eyes widen as Alex leans against the door frame of the room. "Bee." He draws out. I feel my heart start to race as my eyes widen.

"Alex." I gasp. He pushes himself off the wall, and walks towards me.

"Why have you been ignoring me?" He asks. He tries to hide the hurt in his voice, but I can hear it.

"I.." I trail off not knowing what to say.

"Did I do something wrong?" He asks. His eyes show him breaking a little, and that makes my heart break. I step towards him meeting him in the middle of the room.

"It isn't you." I assure him.

"Then what's wrong, Bee? You have never ignored me before." I look down not being able to face his broken blue eyes.

"It's just..." I trail off again keeping my eyes to the ground.

"Bianca, please talk to me." Alex begs. His voice breaks me making my mouth open.

"I like you." I blurt out. Alex freezes in his spot just staring at me, and I can feel my heart beating like crazy. My stomach turns to knots as I realize the words that left my mouth. I'm surprised though as he comes towards me cupping my face before his lips are on mine. I gasp in shock from this not knowing how to respond at first, but my eyes just close as my lips move with his. He pulls away for a second, and he stays just above my lips.

"I like you too, Bianca." He whispers on my lips. I smile as his lips meet mine again, and everything goes into the kiss. I can feel me giving myself to him, and I know he is doing the same with himself.

His hands moves down my body to my hips, and they grip them tightly. I gasp in shock giving him the chance to slide his tongue in my mouth. He explores my mouth as his hands squeeze my hips. A moan escapes from me, but Alex takes it in his mouth. I pull back looking into his blue eye afraid. "Alex." I pant.

"What?" He breathes.

"I-" He cuts me off as his lips crash onto mine. I push away my fears, and wrap my arms tightly around him. I give myself to him knowing he is doing the same to me.

I wake up to a car door shutting. My eyes snap open landing on a naked Alex wrapped around me. My eyes widen making my heart race. Shit my parents are home! I quickly shove Alex making him fall to the ground with a thud. He pops right back up alarmed. "What's wrong?"

"My parents." I whisper shout stumbling out of bed sprinting to my closet. Alex quickly throws on his clothes and runs a hand through his hair multiple times. Once he looks fine he lounges on my bed. I throw on my pajamas and put my hair into a messy bun. Alex shakes his head at me.

"Keep your hair down." He orders. I furrow my eyebrows as we hear them enter the house. "Unless you want them to see my marks on you." He points out. I quickly fix my hair before hurrying to my desk. I turn it to be facing Alex just as my parents open my door.

"Oh, Alex. What a surprise." My mom says. I can see her winking at me making me blush. Alex chuckles nodding his head.

"Can't keep me out." He says amused.

"So, everything is good again?" My dad asks. I groan dropping my head in my hands.

"Of course, Mike." Alex chuckles. My dad groans before leaving to head to his room.

"Why don't you kids go out for a while, or better yet spend the night at Alex's." My mom says. I look at her strangely, and she gives me a wink. Then looks with her eyes after my dad.

"Oh! Yeah, um let me just change first." I say jumping up running to my closet.

"Don't do anything I wouldn't do." She chimes walking away. I throw on a pair of jeans with just a sweater. As soon as I walk out Alex pulls me down the stairs then out of the house.

"What the hell?" I pant slightly. He whips me around to face him, and his lips are on mine.

"Want me to make you pant some more?" He whispers huskily. I feel my body react as my cheeks heat up. "You seem to be walking really well." He points out.

"Adrenaline." I whisper. As the adrenaline leaves my system all the pain crashes back. "Fuck." I squeak. Alex picks me up carrying me to his house. "It's so freaking sore. I hate you."

"No you don't, now stop."
