31. THE WORLD'S A LITTLE BLURRY. OR MAYBE IT'S MY EYES

Billie POV

Today is the first day of this year that Finneas and I finally get perform our finished and successfully published album at The Coachella Festival. I can't fucking wait to have all the crazy energetic people again. Not forgetting about all the dope outfits.

"What are you thinking about? Hmm?" Jordan questions, stroking my chin as she's looking up at me, both of us still laying in our bunk.

"About performing today. I just love being on stage." I daydream.

"Because you're hella good."

"I guess so." I look down to my girlfriend and a smile gets plastered on my face.
"But I love you more." I whisper.

"Shut up." Jordan playfully says and slides out from our bunk.

"Hey, where ya goin?" I copy that one vine and follow her into the kitchen.

"Food. I want food." Jordan opens the fridge and looks around for something eatable.

"I don't think we have anything but the food trucks are gonna be here in a while. We can eat there if you want." I tell her, leaning against the counter next to her.

"Okay then, let's go. Ask Finneas and your parents if they wanna come with us."

I tell everyone about our plan and they decided to tag along.
It's around 12am and there's already a lot of people walking around for the first performances.
We reach a burger-food truck and stand in line - a long line. This is my favorite booth because they have hella good vegan food, which I love.

We all get our burgers and just walk around, looking for what to do until my brother and I have to go on stage.

*TIME SKIP TO EVENING*

"You ready to destroy this festival?" Finneas asks me as we wait backstage for the other artist to finish their show.

The sun has already set and all the dope lights all around the festival are now visible.

"Fuck yes!" I jump up and down with my mic in my hand.

Jordan is already waiting somewhere in the crowd between ten thousands of people. I'm sure she is just as excited as I am because she has never seen me live before.

I look around a corner, taking everyone in my view. The people are already vibing. I hope we will make them just as happy as they already are.

"Jordan must be fainting right now." Finneas says, looking at me closely.

"Well. I hope not." I laugh.

"Thank you guys, I love you. Thanks for this!" The other artist - who I don't know - yells in his microphone and runs off stage.

Our new, fire, animated Intro comes on and Finneas and I wait impatiently to step out.

Finneas walks out with Andrew and they both go in their positions.

I walk out as well, keeping my resting face and standing in the middle of both of them.

After the drop came, everyone - along with me - started jumping like some kangaroos, which I always tell them to do.

'Bad Guy' starts playing and I can't even hear myself because of all the lyric-yelling-fans.

During the more quiet parts of the song I spot Jordan in the Crowd and can't help but smile widely. She is not right in the middle, which is good. She actually got a very good spot in the front.

The entire concert is just going amazing so far.

'ilomilo' is playing right now and everyone is just calmly vibing along with their lights up. I just love this song to my core.
