in which a girl unknowlingly saves the life of a boy

A girl who seems to be the most perfect person ever seems to bs troubled by what exactly? Her (IG)Stories seems fun and exciting but why would she be sad about it? She seems to know that somethings wrong about her despite being claimed as the 'most perfect girl' in her school but she can never figure out what's the issue about herself.

/prologue/ It was night time the only light was the dim street lights I couldn't believe my eyes I should be hallucinating right? There was this big gory monster in front of me I felt as if I would be his next meal. I should have never came here but it was like an instinct. The beast walked forward and I stepped back it snarled when I did. I was scared. I had no idea what to do. Then and there the beast lunged at me biting my neck I could believe it felt so good when he was biting me it was as if it was beauty and the beast, it felt as if I was being thrown in a big dark hole. If I perished in that moment I would have no regrets no worries I would be me and this beast. I couldn't figure out why I felt this was I just was scared wanting to back away but now I want to be apart of this bigger picture with him inside it and I just can't. I don't know how to but I felt he would guide the way. It was as if he posed no threat like I could trust him with my life. I didn't know what to think of this but I was going to be falling it deep. Some words may be triggering to some readers I warn you in advance.

It is a made-up story, but I have a friend who had an imaginary friend when they were little and I based it off of the story they told me.
