Kya, Sokka's twin and Katara's older sister sets off on a journey through the Earth Kingdom with Zuko and Iroh in hopes of being able to spark a change in the world, even if on the outside it may be a small insignificant one. As she struggles to choose between her logic and her emotions, Kya learns more of herself past the calm, and expressionless person she once was not to long ago, and along the way she discovers a sense of happiness she never felt before, a feeling she couldn't understand. She enjoyed her time in the palace, aside from the occasional rude comment from Azula, nonetheless she had lots of fun playing with her friends and spending time with her mother. Until suddenly, she finds herself being sent away for her own safety on a boat headed for the earth kingdom. She is forced to leave her mother and friends behind, believing she'd never see them again. (Y/N) grows up and befriends the Avatar, making new friends as she joins him on his journey to defeat the Fire Nation. This story takes place in season 3 of LOK (legend of Korra) After harmonic convergence; Airbender's have been popping left, right and centre. Nolan had two Firebender's in his family as well as two non benders so there was no chance he could airbend. One random day, he discovers that he CAN air bend. Trying to Follow avatar Korra to become an air nomad he is met with serious decisions directing his adventure somewhere else. He was going to train in the air temples and become an air nomad and live in peace and prosperity. But what if he doesn't want that? What if he wants to get on dangerous adventures? Where ever his destiny takes him right? Even so, he has one clear plan and future. To be the greatest Airbender yet... (I don't own the legend of korra show or the character but I do own my own characters with different appearances and names)

REWRITING: I noticed that I am very far off on facts and I want to recycle this story and make it better. I'll still be leaving this version up as far as I have it. Tenzin is a nervous loner living in the Southern Air Temple. With his father gone visiting the Northern Air Temple, his anxiety attacks are getting worse. Although his mentor and respective uncle Monk Kwan is watching over him, he is feeling the constant pressure to join the young airbenders to the Western and Eastern Air Temples for the Season, to court and legally bond with the females there. But how could he reproduce and risk passing down the same fate he has to a child? How could his timid personality ever attract a female airbender, especially with the limited experience he has associating with them? But his curiosity gets the better of him as he decides to go with the young airbenders, but only to meditate in the famous Meditation Circle at the Eastern Air Temple. When he accidentally disrupts a female airbender's traditional week-long meditation before her Anointment Ceremony, the last thing he expects is to make a friend. But the upbeat, cheerful, forgiving yet unforgiving young woman won't take a no to a game of airball for an answer. Will she still be able to accept him when he tells her what he is? No one else has, so how could she be any different? Is there a possibility of a real Air Nomadic life for him? This is my own idea of how Aang's parents met and their relationship, and the Air Nomad's traditional way of reproducing. If you had your own idea of how it should have been and you're upset about how mine is completely different, then I apologize but I'm excited to write my story. If, during the book you have any ideas or opinions you would like be to add, I'm completely open to them. Please don't take my ideas or my story. Placed after the defeat of Fire Lord Ozai, the backlash of the experiences the group had are still present within them. However Some prefer to keep them hidden from the rest of their friends, sometimes out of concern for them or just pure stubbornness. But what happens when one of Aangs friends and now love of his life discovers his internal turmoil after a long day together. Would he bother pushing her away or would they actually talk about the Avatar's pain. (I don't own Avatar The Last Airbender. It is a fanfiction from the series. this story touches on stuff like PTSD, has a little bit of scary Imagery due to nightmares, and it's placed a year or so after the war. I'm not perfect but I'm trying, this is my first one-shot so bare with me.
