The true story part is that this was a roleplay that I did jokingly one night in a custom game.

Brigitte Lindolm follows Reinhardt Wilhelm to Overwatch, wanting to protect him and their comrades from getting hurt in battle. However, she risks herself to make sure the others are safe. It just doesn't sit right with everyone.

People have said that they didn't need Overwatch. That they can't be reliable. I may have been a new recruit when it shut down. But I still remember all the goods things they've done. They didn't deserve to be shut down, especially have the Pedra's act. And look around, there are more crimes an crisis everywhere. They need people like Overwatch. Even if they don't show.
