Budding Stories

Lots of people keep asking about the sparklings in my Transformers stories, and where they come from. So I decided to write it out for anyone who is curious.

This is another one of my collective poems, but all of the poems in this collection are about love. Being rejected, being in love, and heart break. Everything you'd expect to find in this journey we call love. I hope you enjoy.

Nothing, or something? What if everything you knew was nothing compared to all the new somethings that were rising from beneath the shadows. Nevaeh, a girl with a normal life, had no somethings to worry about. After being abducted, she had started to realize everything she new about herself, was really nothing compared to the things that she is discovering. Starting with the strange things she could do, to all the people that seem to follow her, The ones with blank faces. They seem to need her for something, but no one will tell her what. All they do is tell her to stay away from them, no matter what they say. But something is drawing her to them, the voices, the whispers, and the little notes she has been finding. Will she be able to take in the great responsibility that is being put on her shoulders? Can Nevaeh separate her feelings from hate to love? We've all seen the horror movies, and yet none of them have prepared us for this out break. Zombies have infested and destroyed what was modern day USA and left it's people in a depressed and panicked state. Now that the infection has died down, we have started to gather in larger numbers, recreating small cities and towns, trying to rebuild the normalcy and patterns of our old lives. We've begun to reclaim America and make a new home for ourselves. We try to make do and rejoin in what used to be everyday activities. But for my daughter and I, staying alive is All That's Left for us.

Oh, Violet.... Violet is starting high school, and honestly thats all you need to know. She's really just trying to figure it all out for herself. You might enjoy the journey you might not, but its not yours its Violets.

A sad Valentine's Poem

Roses are red Violets are blue Don't you forget me Or I'll forget you Ipomoeia (Ipo) loves the woods and everything about nature. She doesn't go to school because she believes nature can teach her everything she needs to know. And then of course, there's her best friend, Don, who trades his schooling for hers. But, Ipo isn't completely happy. Her father is all kinds of evil and one day, she can't escape him. This time, it's Don who has to save her...before something terrible happens.
