David is absent from Camp Campbell for the week due to personal reasons, leaving Gwen as the only counselor to look after the kids. Things take a turn for the worst when something happens to Max during a rock climbing activity. I'm a new Camp Camp fan, with different opinions compared to a chunk of the fandom. But if there's one thing I do agree with in the fandom (at least with most people who have a brain), it's that ANY shipping of a child and adult is fucking gross and whoever ships MaxGwen\Maxvid or whatever deserves a fate worse than death.

Y/N, a somewhat shy and introverted girl, had been sent off to summer camp by her parents. They had claimed it was to help her develop better social skills. Upon the arrival at the camp she notices something off completely. Everyone had the same expression with the same colored clothes. That was when she realized, there wasn't going to be any way out.

This takes place after camp Campbell. David is Max's foster parent. They live in a small town called Freesia, where they host flower parades and have a small school for Max to go to. Max finds himself hanging out with people he never thought he could be friends with. They all become close and they all start to break down the walls between them. Finding out that they all deserve love from people that care about them.

After years of saving up, your mother finally scraped up enough money to send you to a summer camp. You're over the moon excited! Nothing could ruin this moment. Except for Max. At least, that's what you think when you first meet him. Is there room for change? (All kids aged up to 16.)

David is being David and it is driving Max INSANE. So he runs away into the bush to get away for a while, but gets lost... which is just peachy when an enormous bushfire decides to hunt the camp and Max down. Just when things couldn't go any further downhill, Max does, literally. Falling into a ditch just made things a whole lot worse. He wasn't sure how he'd get out of this one alive.
