Four years later, Nezuko, Takeo and Hanako, all three of who are now twelve, Shigeru, who is now ten, Rokuta, who is now nine, Sumi and Teiko have recently become demon slayers and Shizu, Hiroshi, Shuya and Koto have all recently become medics while Sumiko and Sanemi, the two of whom are now seventeen, are now powerful Demon Slayer Corps members alongside his combat partner and lifelong friend Masachika Kumeno, having both been recruited by the organization's leader two whole years after being brought to its headquarters alongside Genya, Hanako, Hiroshi, Koto, Nezuko, Shuya, Shizu, Shigeru, Sumi, Takeo, Teiko and Rokuta.

Half a century later, they wake up after a piece of a creature enters their spaceship and give themselves new vehicle modes. While Ratchet analyzes the piece, the rest of the crew goes to fight the creature. During the battle, Bumblebee earns the full trust of twin girls Sari & Slate Sumdac and their older sister Saga, who is four years older than the twin girls. They later get two more friends in the teenage James sisters Luxury and Meadow, who are four years apart in age and happily live with their father, diner owner Ryle James, and grandmother, retired restaurant waitress Talulah James, both of whom had recently told both the seventeen and thirteen year old girls they aren't humans, but sisterly robotic beings.
