Being in the military made you grow tough skin and build walls. Connections with people were limited for you especially with how consistently you were out on missions. But your team always had your back. Simon "Ghost" Riley is the same as you. Few connections outside of his team and when you joined the task force, he built even bigger walls. Just one look at you and he knew you were trouble for him. So he kept his distance. At least tried too. It didn't work.
