Old times of World Communism

A spectre is haunting Europe - the spectre of communism. All the powers of old Europe have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: Pope and Tsar, Metternich and Guizot, French Radicals and German police-spies. Where is the party in opposition that has not been decried as communistic by its opponents in power? Where is the opposition that has not hurled back the branding reproach of communism, against the more advanced opposition parties, as well as against its reactionary adversaries? Two things result from this fact: I. Communism is already acknowledged by all European powers to be itself a power. II. It is high time that Communists should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the spectre of communism with a manifesto of the party itself. To this end, Communists of various nationalities have assembled in London and sketched the following manifesto, to be published in the English, French, German, Italian, Flemish and Danish languages.

14 theses for the reconstruction of the Comintern (SH) Resolution of the Comintern (SH) from 12 June 2024 Under the intensified pressure of the bourgeoisie and the fierce attack of its agencies, the Comintern (SH) may well one day be plunged into a serious crisis by anti-party activities outside and inside the Comintern (SH) or by anti-party activities inside and outside its sections. The difficulties into which our party may fall are unpredictable. We must always be prepared for the worst-case scenario. That is why the Comintern (SH) presents its "Plan B" here in the form of 14 theses. These theses must be modified accordingly when they come into force under the existing concrete conditions. In order to be prepared for the worst, we rely on past experience, in particular on the 14 theses drawn up by comrade Wolfgang Eggers for the purpose of rebuilding the KPD/ML after the death of comrade Ernst Aust (see party documents of the KPD/ML).

This book in Finnish was published for Finnish readers. As the original text is around 90 years old, the print quality was too poor for the translation program and therefore unusable. The Comintern (SH) therefore had to translate the Finnish text into German by hand using its own resources. This a considerable amount of time, which is why we ask our readers to be patient until we have translated the entire book. Page 37 is missing from the original Finnish text, which unfortunately we cannot change today.

[Secret Party Documents of the KPD - 1932] We do not intend to publish a new magazine, but only to address some important issues regarding conspiratorial work from time to time in special bulletins. It is clear to every comrade that the state apparatus and our political opponents are doing everything in their power to undermine our struggle, weaken our ranks, and harm us wherever possible by sending informants and provocateurs into our ranks. Every comrade knows this. Yet all too often we see that carelessness and indifference-not only on the part of individual comrades but of entire sections of the organization-expose us to the police. The measures taken by the Reich government, in turn, create fertile ground for informants and provocateurs and will, if we do not make our party immune, once again cost us great sacrifices. For this reason, it is essential that the material we are publishing in these special bulletins be discussed in all workplace and street cells. Every party member must be made familiar with the material. Every organization must already be working in accordance with the instructions issued. Furthermore, our faction must ensure that the material also finds its way into the mass organizations. No panic-but a focus on the concrete situation.
