WARNING: This book contains HUGE Detroit: Become Human spoilers. Don't read it if you don't want them. Updates every other Saturday. Connor wasn't the only prototype sent to keep an eye on deviants. [Y/N], model TZ100, serial #313 248 821. It was created by CyberLife in August of 2038 when CyberLife decided that someone needed to keep an eye on Connor. Regular exposure to deviants wouldn't be enough to make it deviate, itself. Someone else had to assist it. [Y/N] was equipped with almost all of Connor's crime-solving programming, as well as better human-mimicking capabilities. [Y/N] was programmed to seem like a deviating android. Then their deviancy was no longer synthesized.

It's been almost 3 years since Hank's suicide. Connor has deviated after his death and only then realized what that man meant to him. Now he's living each day of his meaningless existence in guilt and depressed of what he had done. But one day, an abandoned baby appears at his door. Connor tries to change his life for the sake of this baby that is now relying on him to save her life. Female pronouns are gonna be used for the baby. Warning: depression, anxiety, cursing

Connor and Hank are sent to another case as usual, but what happens when this droid encounters a certain female. She walks among humans as if she's one of them, but little do they know she has a secret. And as a deviant Hunter, Connor must apprehend her. But what happens when the deviant he encounters is difficult. What happens when she triggers the glitch in his program, saying, "I know what I am, but do you know what you are?"

What happens when the reader has had enough? Will Connor keep her calm, or will the toxins from a secret potion seep into her brain? Or can he stop it in time? You've always had an interest in androids ever since you were a child. The very thought that technology could create an intelligent life-form that looked just like a human always fascinated you. You quickly became a high ranking student, at one of the top universities for Android studies. To further your training, you were sent for work experience at Detroit City Police Department, and paired up with Lieutenant Anderson and an android named Connor. As you continue to work alongside Hank and Connor, you soon begin to learn things about androids you never noticed before. You also realize that you are finding yourself falling in love with the one person you are not supposed to fall in love with. 'Purple Hearts' puts a unique spin on the events of Detroit Become Human, showing the story of what is behind the scenes, the true feelings of androids, and the lives they struggle to barely survive on the streets. Throughout the story, you slowly begin to see the world in a different light, and through that, you also learn what it means to become human. Who can you really trust when the humans seem more evil than the androids do? The lines blur between the good and the bad; the human, and the android. --- Genres of drama, action, and romance. It follows the direction of the main plot of Detroit Become Human, but I have added various sub plot lines and characters unique to this fanfiction. There is foul language in this story. This is a work of fanfiction based off the game Detroit: Become Human. The characters in the story are owned by David Cage and the creators of Detroit: Become Human. You were supposed to be a normal Android for this rich family, specifically designed to be different for this family. You were doing great until the father murdered the mother, and blamed you for it. Now you sat here hiding from that damned Deviant Hunter with a small little baby in your arms. Now only if you could protect yourself and (Baby/Name), maybe with the help of Connor and other you could be safe.

After Androids were deemed officially free, you joined the Detroit City Police department, wanting a taste of what the justice system was like. You quickly become close friends with one of the department deviants, Conner. You both bond instantly over the common feeling of being completely misunderstood by others ,and having your emotions invalidated by those who don't understand you. After the bond between you both grows quickly, the relationship between you both also advance, but how will you both feel about the growth between a android and a human? More importantly, how will society deal with it?
