In a kingdom shattered by war and treachery, the Queen of Flames claims the throne, wielding power as fiercely as the fire that runs in her veins. But ruling a land that was never hers by birthright demands constant vigilance, and every move she makes must strengthen her hold-or face the relentless threat of rebellion. Surrounded by shifting loyalties and watchful eyes, her ambitions grow, but so does the danger of losing everything she's fought to seize. Meanwhile, the Prince of Ice-former heir to a dethroned dynasty-burns with a cold resolve to reclaim his birthright. Stripped of family and future, he is driven by vengeance, yet he knows that brute force alone won't topple the queen who stole his crown. To win, he must play her game, mastering politics and deception in a court built on betrayal. Locked in a relentless struggle of fire and ice, they stand on opposing sides of a conflict where loyalty is scarce, trust is a weapon, and only one will emerge triumphant. In this world of ambition and shattered legacies, who will conquer-and who will burn?

Acacia Forester. With the name tattooed on my brain, a million memories surface in my mind, like fireflies fluttering out of a cave. I remember the red and white striped gym shoes, the MP3 player blasting Indie Rock and the sweet smell of Roses Fame perfume. I also remember crunching metal, squealing tires and a life-altering crash. Why Acacia? Why did you do it?

(*manga spoiler warning*) Mentions of: adult language, sexual mannerisms, graphic depictions of violence, self-harm... Eren was dead to her, he died ever since he called her a slave. But deep down, Mikasa knew, she knew that he was still alive. The real Eren was still alive, thriving in her head, in that endless summer afternoon. ... Eren's eyebrows pitched, his gaze lowered. How did he survive? All the guilt, the anger, the fear. Why did he do it? How did he do it? Carla's death, Hanne's sacrifice, Hanji's fate, so much more... all of them, they died because of him. It's because of him-but, thinking about the past will only hinder his future. Post-war: (not affiliated with canon-verse): the catalyst for this story is during chapter 112 when Eren pushes Mikasa away by hurting her feelings-however his intention was not what she thought. Achievements: #1 - consolation #10 - eremika #40 - selfdiscovery

Judgmental stares and pitying eyes pierced through me, and suddenly I yearned for our steady pace to turn into a quick one. Out of the corner of my eye, I see their hushed whispers as we pass by. "Poor girl." Pity. "Life has been too hard on her." Sympathy. "A pity that the riches ended up with someone like her." Disappointment. I bowed my head as I chose to ignore the world around me and tried to escape the prying eyes. Time seemed to have slowed down as our trek felt a tad bit too long. At last, a pair of black, shiny shoes and a hand appeared in my range of vision. I slowly looked up and met the smiling eyes of an aged man. He gave me an encouraging nod. I took the offered hand and he helped me climb up the vehicle. ------------------------------- A short story written for my club, thought I would publish it here too and hopefully get critiques. - Dani.

Sixteen-year old Dante Evadoni is a normal boy with a normal life - he's in eleventh grade, he has a fair few friends, he's not popular and he's quiet - and a problem that has followed him for two years: he's heels over head in love with a girl he can't seem to get over. Seventeen-year old Carolynn Quirox is in the same grade level as Dante, in the same circle of friends, although a bit apart from him. For two years, she has been avoiding Dante in an attempt to make him forget about her. She has never felt anything for Dante, believing that he isn't the one. Then, after some practices and one dance during a party, everything turns upside down. Just as Dante feels that his life has finally begun to go uphill, he is plagued by a memory that compels him to consider the way things are and how things should be. What happens when the past he needs to forget becomes the only way he can be happy? After that one party, Dante seems to be a different person in the eyes of Carolynn. She is confused at first, but the longer she tries to come to grips with her views of Dante, the more she realizes what she has been overlooking. How could someone she has known and avoided for two years seem to change in one evening? The two are forced apart, brought together, and both can't help wondering if they truly are meant to be without one another. Laden with dances, music, laughter, and heartbreak, 'Relapse' is the story of what happens when the first of feelings refuse to die out.
