This is just the constitution, nothing special <3 (And I know I obviously didn't make the constitution to credits to the creators! -I see you Alexander Hamilton from New York, William Samuel Johnson from Connecticut, Rufus King from Massachusetts, James Madison from Virginia, and Gouverneur Morris from Pennsylvania 😘😘😘-)

A poem about the Daughters of the American Revolution (D.A.R.) and the things surrounding them. These ladies worked super hard to give women the right to vote and have a political voice, yet (despite still being a very active community) seem to go very underappreciated and unknown in society today.

On December 20, 1860 the state of South Carolina became the first state to secede from the United States of America. Today, the Palmetto state has awakened again in defiance of a government that has encroached too far upon the rights of its citizens. With the possibility for secession on the horizon, South Carolina gubernatorial candidate Jasper Thorne finds he is no longer in an election race to lead the state, but in a race to lead a new nation. As Jasper navigates the election process, he is unknowingly thrust into a web of deceit, political espionage and treason orchestrated by a clandestine regime focused on making sure he fails and the Union remains whole. Will the citizens of South Carolina vote to secede? Is Jasper willing to risk the lives of those he loves in pursuit of his beliefs? Does he even trust that his beliefs are correct? The answer to these questions will not only determine the fate of South Carolina, but the future of the entire nation.

After waking to a notification that he has likely committed a crime, Daniel enters a legal system with no courtroom, no accuser, and no explanation - only interfaces. As AI prosecutors, defense algorithms, and frictionless administrative choices guide him toward an inevitable outcome, he realizes the most unsettling truth: nothing is forcing him. In this quiet, near-future dystopia, justice isn't delivered with violence but with forms, confirmations, and consent - and the system only works if he says yes.

In Sept. 2022, Texas signed into law S.B. 8, nicknamed the "Heartbeat Act," that functionally bans abortion and empowers private citizens to seek civil monetary damages (no less than $10k per violation + fees) against medical providers or other "aiders and abettors." What is the impact of these criminal law keywords being using in a Tort claim? How can this Bill be modified to not violate constitutional rights of pregnant people and other third parties? This is a developing story.
