A mutual agreement, after 500 years of war, was reached on that day among the kings and queens on a full moon; which all inhabitants believed it was a holy day, that on the golden scroll, must the three supreme laws be inscribed; · ANY ALIEN FOUND IN Another KINGDOM SHOULD BE SENTENCED TO DEATH EXCEPT ONLY Notified ENVOYS. · NO KINGDOM SHOULD INTERFERE INTO THE AFFAIRS AND PRIVACY OF OTHER KINGDOMS. · UNTILL THE SCROLL IS NO MORE, ALL KINGDOMS SHOULD ABIDE AND UPHOLDTHE SUPREME LAWS.
