A respectful, simple explanation of the Qur'an using authentic Arabic text, word-for-word meaning, and easy English for everyday understanding. 📚 Source & Methodology The Arabic text used in this work follows the Uthmani script of the Qur'an as preserved in the Madani Mushaf (Mushaf al-Madina). The word-for-word literal meanings are derived primarily from Saheeh International and Abdel Haleem's English translation, with careful cross-checking against classical tafsir sources, including Tafsir Ibn Kathir and Tafsir al-Jalalayn, to ensure no deviation from the core and accepted meanings. The simple English explanations are my own layman paraphrasing, written solely to aid understanding for general readers. These explanations are not a translation of the Qur'an, but an attempt to convey the intended meaning while remaining faithful to the original message. Additional cross-references have been made using Quran.com for consistency and verification.

They say heartbreak is inevitable in love but Fareeha didn't believe in this phrase because she had a fairytale kinda love that had her gigling and kicking her feet in excitement everytime her lover's name popped up on her phone screen. She had fallen so deeply in love not knowing that everything that falls must break and when the realisation came it was too late. She had already hit the ground and the fall was on her. Now she had gathered pieces of her heart together and what must she do with them if not try to stitch them together.

Aneesa Adisa had everything she ever dreamed of-a loving husband, a stable life, and the hope of a family. But in the blink of an eye, her world shatters. before she could share the joy of her pregnancy with the man she adored, tragedy strikes: her husband dies, leaving her alone and carrying the life they created together. Grief becomes her constant companion, and she vows to live only for her child, closing her heart to love forever. Zayyan Idris has known loss in a different way. A former soldier turned pilot, he survived battlefields, betrayal, and a marriage that fell apart in his absence. A leg lost in combat is a reminder that life is fragile and fleeting, and he has sworn to live alone, trusting no one and letting no one close enough to hurt him again. When fate brings them together, sparks aren't immediate. At first, they simply tolerate each other-two hearts hardened by life, each carrying burdens the other can sense but never fully touch. Yet as time passes, shared grief, quiet understanding, and subtle moments of connection reveal that even the most guarded hearts can find a way to beat together. A story of resilience, healing, and second chances, Hearts in Exile explores the courage it takes to open your heart when life has already broken it once. Evelina Owens doesn't do soft. She's sharp-tongued, popular, and never loses a fight-especially with words. Life's always been about survival. People love her, envy her, or fear her. And that's exactly how she likes it. Until he shows up. Ibrahim Sayeed: tall, handsome, quiet-and absolutely not interested in Evelina's games. He's religious, distant, and carries a calm so heavy it makes her fists curl. He doesn't look at girls. Doesn't talk to them. Definitely doesn't chase them. And that drives Evelina insane. But when insults turn personal, when school feels like a battlefield, and when family tensions run deeper than she admits-why does it feel like the only ones standing still are the ones she was supposed to avoid? Two worlds. Two different kinds of strength. What happens when fire meets faith?

There's no such thing as boyfriend/ girlfriend in Malika's Muslim community. So she just happens to be a super-virgin. She's quiet and reserved, never talked to a guy, kissed one, let alone even held hands. Sex is the scariest word she's ever heard. She just wants to know what it's like to talk to a guy. Maybe go on a date. Now that she's starting college, her parents are going to want to marry her off ASAP. The only way she can even get close to a guy is to go along and pretend to want to get married. Shy poet Hakeem comes off as extra corny. Maybe Malika can use him to get exactly what she wants. How hard can it be to walk through fire and not get burned?
