This is a small snapshot from one of my very first fanfictions I ever wrote featuring Fantine and Eric. It hasn't been posted yet, and honestly, it's still very rough-but it means a lot to me. I plan to go back, edit it, and eventually post the full story. For now, I'll be sharing little moments and snapshots like this as I work through it, since I can only really manage shorter pieces at a time. This scene focuses on a tense first meeting-family pressure, unspoken feelings, and the weight of being seen through someone else's eyes. Fantine finds herself caught between Marco's quiet support, Eric's overwhelming curiosity, and a father who clearly doesn't approve. Sometimes the hardest part isn't love-it's everything surrounding it.

Tobias's sister Olivia faces even more problems with the influx of new initiates. (Eric/OC) Notes: So this is the sequel I promised. Every chapter won't be in Eric's POV, but a few will. There is no definite time frame in which this work diverts from the original, but this one does pick up at the beginning of "Divergent". Updates will probably be slow coming, but I am working on this, so I hope you guys like it.
