Nineteen years ago, a pandemic crossed the earth that killed every single cat in the world. Not one survived - but all of them bit someone before they died. The reason why was a mystery for about a year. It was at this time that the first bitten human had a child. But that child was only half human. The other half was feline. This phenomenon was occuring all over the planet, with more half cat kids every day as the bitten people started families. It has been decided that these "kats", with half the DNA, have only half the human reasoning as a normal human. Thus, to the world, they are no more than half-breed pets. They have no place in the world except to wear a collar at a full human's side. A small number of kats escaped, survived, and rebel against the new laws of man. But how could they possibly make it alive when the world is out to get them?

The northern half of Kaouii Island is rarely visited by those of the southern Water Colony. However, in the times that those brave or naive enough to visit, do so, weird things happen. There are odd whispers and happenings about the oaks, where the northern Air Colony used to live. At one time, a fire burned for many generations. It is now empty, not even ashes remaining. Perhaps some are chosen, in this newest generation, to hear the echoes of the lost souls. This book has been sitting right as I'm going to upload it for years. No idea if I'll ever come back to it. This is the third installment of this series! If I remember correctly, I have it outlined, just not written up much. This book no longer follows the character we've come to know and love or hate (Flyfii). --- One may recall (or maybe not, depending on how well I wrote this trilogy) that these are based off a fanfiction I wrote called The Forgotten Fire. This book is least related to that fic. The fic stops at the end of Rekindled. Spoiler Alert for The Forgotten Fire: Fireflight does as Sobirr, that is, she jumps into the river and allows herself to drown.

And then there's Nathaniel 'Nathan' Coleman; goodlooking, owns a successful company at 27, a man many women chase after and pretty much also comes from a wealthy and well-known family too, but there's a stark difference- he hates animals, especially felines. That, he can't get over. But when his friend tricks him into ending up at Freya's cat café instead of the hottest nightclub in town, things heat up for the worst. First things first: Freya doesn't trust people who hate cats. Secondly: Nathan doesn't like how ironically comparable the crazy café owner can be to a dog, preferably a female one. Unfortunately, there's an attraction that neither can resist- like catnip to cats. A cat's reaction is unpredictable upon its first exposure to catnip; whether there will be a mellow calmness or an aggression with no cause at all. One thing's for sure is that it's irresistible, and neither Freya nor Nathan would have an idea of their reaction...

This will be a series about elemental, or just felines with powers. these felines are called Norwegian Forest Cat's if your curious. I don't have much planned out for this first book, so it will be on going until it has finished. This is somewhat inspired by the Warriors series by Erin Hunter, but not completely, only a few aspects, Such as the going out into the wild idea, but only a bit inspired.
