Derren didn't want to live in the small City that he had lived in for the past 6 years. It wasn't like he wanted to move to his uncaring aunt's place when he was 11, his parents just dissapeared. And he didn't want to live in the other city, it was awful, mean, and hot: he hated it. So, when he started looking for a job after college, he wanted it to be up north. When he was 11 and younger, he remembered being in a town that snowed every year and didn't get over 85 in the summer. He wanted that. But little did he know that his lack of response and fear that is untapped will help him make unrealistic freinds...ones of which he can't touch, literally.
