As things go im the "I don't give a shit overachiever". Isn't that contradictory, ha well that's just the half of it. So if this is the case and I seemingly "don't care" then why did I develop my eating disorders. Well lets just say you simply cant judge eating disorders as vanity orientated, that is unless ur an un-educated spas . Sadly im not as invincable as id like. I needed a space to write how it feels to go through recovery, how its changed me for the better, and how difficult it was for myself to realise I had a problem. I want to help others like me so here we go, read to join my dark humoured ride.

life story. pt.#1

I was suicidal. I had depression. I had anxiety. I got recovery. Now you can get help. Read these and they will inspire you (hopefully) like they inspired my loved ones and online friends.

I wrote this originally for a health class project months ago, as it is a letter to someone who is suffering an eating disorder. However, when I rediscovered it recently while going through my schoolwork, I figured that it could be of service to someone. And so I decided to release it to the public. My hopes are that if you are encountering similar events to what occurs in this passage, maybe this story could help you put together the pieces that may have been under your nose the entire time. In addition, there are resources mentioned that could be of assistance to an eating disorder patient, despite the fact that they are specific to where I live. Lastly, never dismiss any potential red flag of an eating disorder: the earlier on you recognize it, the easier it is to stop it.

Noel has always been a good student. She was at the top of her class and got a great college scholarship. Her parents have always overbearingly pushed her to be her best. Now it's her sophomore year of college and things have changed. She has changed.
