Sure, Hal's known for his iconic 'playboy loser' behaviour. If flirting at the literal Bruce Wayne and getting called out for how bad it was didn't make it all obvious. Barry had prolly gave up on trying to put up with him and his hopeless romantic behaviour, neither with Oliver who sworn that he'd shoot an arrow through his head if he even tries to make a remark in the absolutely worse situation. At least, until he came in through the elevator tube of the Justice League Tower.
