When A Automaton Meets A Droid?~

I'm posting this not as a story, but as a post for handling one of the newest by far craziest things that came up in my bloody head: The advanced AI that is Skynet and its army versus the various factions of the Helldivers universe. Helldivers don't have names, only numbers. Squads drop into hell together, fight for Super Earth, and if they're lucky die for Democracy. But one Helldiver keeps surviving. Mission after mission, planet after planet, he is always the last one left standing. To the Ministry of Truth, he's the perfect hero. To himself, he's the man who remembers all the fallen that never came back.

Redacted Regiment operations in the Ferris Sector of the Illuminate front have identified an underground refugee camp taking shelter from the Illuminate attack on the planet Zea Rugosia. Ordinarily, the mission would be assigned to any random Helldiver with the vague hopes of success; however, intelligence found that within the possession of the colonists was a massive stockpile of Rare Samples that would further the sample extraction Major Order currently ongoing. The importance of the operation could not be overrated. And thus the Ministry of Truth entrusted Truth Enforcer Rere "Mochi" Wilson with the assignment, a diligent enforcer of Super Earth and a talented soldier on the field. She was given the freedom to select any of the Helldivers under her oversight. She would choose 3 Helldivers, each of whom she'd worked with before.

A Helldiver does his duty for Super Earth and doesn't complain about them or speak ill of Super Earth. There are consequences for breaking the rules. One such Helldiver is about to face a public trial, so the people of Super Earth can see what happens to traitors. Does he have a chance for redemption, despite what he did? A little fan fiction set in the Helldivers 2 universe.

This is going to be journal entries of a Helldiver who wants to serve the right purpose.

THE FINAL FIGHT STARTS NOW. Millions of Helldivers have died protecting Managed Democracy and freedom across the galaxy, but when the Illuminate take the fight to Super Earth, it's time for one final fight to end the galactic war once and for all.

Welcome to the world of Helldivers 2, where the fate of humanity hangs in the balance against the relentless onslaught of the Automatons. In this action-packed science fiction universe, players take on the role of elite soldiers known as Helldivers, tasked with defending humanity's last bastion of freedom, Super Earth, against the forces of tyranny and oppression. Content Warnings!: Mild Violence: The story mentions combat situations and injuries sustained during war. Moderate Emotional Trauma: A main character is captured and tortured, leading to emotional scars and nightmares. So ya second story ideas or me storing them for later. They are rather concepts or ones I'll may or will work in the FUTURE not right now.
