They would sneak out and play or talk through letters. Germany has a crush on him since the first time he met him, but didn't have the courage to do so. Now in high school, America, Philippines, Japan, Poland and Ukraine are helping out Germany to confess his feelings to Russia and make sure Russia was also in love with him. America, Poland and Ukraine go to Russia to make him fall in love with Germany and Japan and Philippines help Germany to get him closer to ever with Russia and confess his feelings.
