Trying to make sense of all the things happened and keeping myself sane the same time, I'm living. It's not like everyday is dark and blue but you can say that rainbows and flowers in my life still caught me off guard and grateful for even small things. This is where I'll post my nonsense but real thoughts I guess.

The Architect of Souls By Amina Abdulaziz This is not a book. It's a reckoning. A reclamation of truth whispered beneath generations of silence. Amina Abdulaziz doesn't ask to be understood-she dares you to witness. In The Architect of Souls, the body becomes scripture, memory becomes map, and language becomes both weapon and womb. Blending poetic reflection, philosophical inquiry, and lived experience, Amina dismantles the scaffolding of societal obedience-brick by brick, belief by belief. Written from the intersection of motherhood, migration, neurodivergence, and mysticism, this is a journey through betrayal, belonging, survival, and sovereignty. She exposes the architecture of generational trauma and constructs something far more sacred in its place: herself. This book is a temple for those who have always been too much, too soft, too questioning, too aware. It's an invitation to stop shrinking and start shaping-to become the architect of your own soul. Inside, you won't find answers. You'll find doorways. To memory. To motion. To self.

I wrote these poems about my high levels of sensitivity and also clairaudience. People always call me crazy so I don't talk about these things, but I'm starting to look at these traits / abilities / talents as gifts from God, meaning they're meant to be shared, not suppressed. So here's my expression of it all. Hopefully this will help others be more open as well, even if you're not highly sensitive etc.. just more open in all ways -

Spikes with a heart of gold is a story about understanding and love through the journey of a very special young girl. She isn't a superhero with superpowers but in a way, she actually is. Hazel is highly sensitive; the story is told through her. The way her emotions and the emotions from others affect her. Asagao is rebuilding after 10 years of war. Everyone is still deeply impacted by what happened and are still unable to move on. Hazel is the daughter of a writer. Like her father she expresses herself in writing rather than words. Like Hazel the rest of the group has all their own quirks that make them unique. All of the characters are made to relate to. But they are faced with a new challenge.

To live life as a sensitive person is a roller coaster ride. The highs and the lows can take toll on me sometimes, but I continue to embrace this reality because I love myself, I love my family (considering that I'm a bread winner) and I love Life. It's a humbling experience. This made me realize that I cannot do this alone without the help of God. I have to hold on to positive thoughts in order to survive and to stay productive. It can be debilitating. It even robbed me from experiencing great opportunities that life has to offer. It hampered me from enjoying life to the fullest. But that's OK. Life is still beautiful...
