Jay and Will Halstead's sister, Athena, turns up after staying in the Rangers longer than Jay. Hank Voight hires her in his Intelligence unit and Athena and Jay finally get the time to catch up. They start reconnecting but Jay soon finds out about her hidden romance with none other than Antonio Dawson.

When a tragic attack happens that involves the daughter of Jay Halstead and Erin Lindsay, they experience firsthand how it only takes a spilt second for the world to be shaken. It's up to the intelligence unit to take on the case and, when tensions run high and all eyes are on them, keep their eyes on what's most important, bringing justice. (Note: this is also going to include characters from Chicago Med and Fire, in a way almost like a crossover but mostly a focus on PD with the main focus of course being on Erin and Jay and Their daughter.)
