I never planned to share these. They were just some journal entries I wrote when my heart felt too full-of love, of memories, of people I once thought would stay. Some of them are about someone from my past. Some of them are about the kind of love I'm still hoping to find. If you're reading this, I guess these words aren't just mine anymore. Maybe you'll find something here that feels familiar. Here's to bringing us closer.

Writing to let it all out because writing lifts the weight off a little. Everything you read here is honest and true. If you feel the same way, don't hesitate to comment or hit me up. Hoping to create an open space to support and talk about this stuff too. You are not alone. ♥

This is not a love story. This is not a fairytale. This is a quiet space filled with the words I kept to myself- the late-night thoughts, the silent heartbreaks, the questions I never asked, and the feelings I was too afraid to say out loud. Thoughts I Never Said is a collection of raw, honest pieces- from overthinking moments and quiet realizations to fragments of joy, sadness, hope, and healing. These aren't perfect words. They're just real. If you've ever felt too much and said too little, maybe you'll find a part of yourself here too.

Anorra Jane Brampton was twenty-five years of age. She was a small woman with a delicate frame, standing at five feet and four inches. She had catlike features and sharp jade eyes like her mother, a danish woman, and skin the color of cream. She kept her tousled, chamomile colored hair in braid down her back, but stray wisps hung by her elven cheekbones. Her warm smile matched the rosy color of her cheeks, and her hands were always outstretched to those in need. She grew up in the hustle and bustle of early New York City, where her parents settled in a quaint cottage before she was born. "Good Catholics" her mother called them, for they lived by the bible, but Anorra had a hidden interest in science ever since her father, a teacher, came home with a stack of textbooks on evolution when she was a child. She married Nathaniel Brampton when she was twenty-one, and gave birth to twins James and Judith soon after. Nathaniel, a real estate agent in the city, would work all day, leaving Anorra with the kids all day. In early June, 1849, Nathaniel lost his job. Stories of gold out West caught his attention, and they decided to venture to Sacramento, California by steam ship. Anorra was not too fond of the idea, but kept quiet about her disapproval. Moving out West changed her life in more ways than one, for the good and the bad.

Warning: Contains content that may be disturbing to some, could be triggering to those with paranoia. Viewers discretion is advised. "To fear the dark is to fear what cannot be seen, in the shadows there is merely the unknown. It is our minds that make the monsters." -Johnathan Watts This fic follows the perspective of Kiyotaka Ishimaru through his journal entries as he and many others have been drafted into a "social experiment." Well, it is a SOCIAL experiment, not any other kind, right? ...Right? Loosely inspired by the MLP Grimdark "Something's Always Watching" Heavy revisions have been made for lore purposes.

***DISCONTINUED*** Okay, I'm not going to give anything away about this story. Honestly, this came from a game I used to play with someone who used to be my friend. It was a lot of fun, so I thought it'd be a good idea to make it into a story. Hopefully, it'll be a success. Welp, onto the next adventure.
