Annabelle, she has an interesting mom... her mom is always drunk and isn't a nice drunk either, yeah you most likely know what I mean by this. Her mom wasn't always like this, when Annabelle was little her mom and dad would talk to her about how to infuse aura into objects, but her dad died and everything got bad really fast. Over the years she has figured the bare minimum of the basics of aura down I guess one could say. One day on her way home from the store she senses some one using aura, she goes to check it out because not many people know how to use aura. little does she know that on that day an assassin was there to, his target just so happened to be the man that was using aura. After he sees Annabelle take him out hes gets curios about how she knows about aura. He goes back and reports to his father, now they're targeting her. Annabelle still has so much more to learn about aura... What is her relationship with this family of assassins, and will she ever break down her walls enough to see the sunrise again? (That actually has more meaning to it than you know) Just a bit of info. this is my first book, story thingy I do appreciate constructive criticism, please do keep in mind that i am human though. I do and most likely will make mistakes. I hope this turns out okay no one's probably never gonna read this in the first place lol. Oh and there is mild language.

Oh-also, Occulta Apparentia means "hidden appearance" according to a quick google translate through Latin, which I thought was very fitting.
