Based on the flashbacks of Leta Lestrange in the Hogwarts classroom from the movie Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. A what if story of Newt Scamander and Leta Lestrange following their first meeting, their friendship in Hogwarts, their eventual falling out, and their complicated romantic feelings for each other in their adulthood. Newt Scamander's been gone for a while. He left Tina Goldstein with a promise to deliver his book in person, and she misses him greatly. Then Tina receives word that there's a new book on the market - Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. Newt is coming back. But when he returns, he brings news that his old friend Leta Lestrange is going to be visiting. Soon, Tina learns that she must make a decision about her love for Newt. (Takes place after Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them)

Newt Scamander had always looked forward to attending Hogwarts. He couldn't wait to explore the castle and it's magical creatures. What he didnt expect, however, was to find a friend. The majority of characters belong to J K Rowling!

Newt Scamander has loved beasts of every size and appearance since he was young. He lived on the country side away from civilization surrounded by Hippogriffs. His mother bred them and she shared her son's love of magical beasts. Newt knew everything there was to know about Hippogriffs, but he wanted to know more about the creatures that inhabited the magical world. But that was only the beginning. Newt will soon face the toughest challenge of his life: Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Decidí hacer este fanfiction debido a que poco conocemos de la historia entre Theseus y Leta y tampoco existen muchos fanfictions sobre ellos dos. La historia se ambienta antes de la visita de Newt a New York, mientras éste esta en el viaje que realiza para poder terminar animales fantaásticos y donde encontrarlos, su manuscrito, teniendo en cuenta que lleva muchos años sin ver a Leta y sin saber de su familia. Theseus acaba de regresar de su viaje por Europa en el que intentó capturar a Grindelwald, pero no logró y en donde se convierte en el jefe de la oficina de aurores.

She believes that revisiting Hogwarts, once a prison full of hate and loneliness for her, and recruiting Albus could save her fiancée from the powerful Grindewald.
