Frank Pikes is genderfluid. Frank Pikes parents are bigots. Frank spends its days wishing for a time that he could be free, to not have to spend every day as Francine Pikes, picture perfect daughter, cishet, Catholic. Because thats everything shes not. Then she meets Illi McMillin, the new kid in town and suddenly everythings different, everything goes back to 1x speed. She's weird, she's nerdy, she likes The Misfits AND Taylor Swift, face it, shes never gonna make it. At least not on her own. But maybe, with Frank and friends on her side, they might just get through senior year.

"I wanted a new life and you did what was right for me." That was it. I turned my eyes to his, which were a little more open now. "Isn't it?" I watched his expression change from tired to cynical, even somewhat ironic. "Fuck. It's just a song, man." He chuckled softly, using a cheeky tone with me. I used the wheels of the chair to get closer, our hands were almost touching. I locked my eyes on his, trying not to lose them on his slightly parted, flushed lips. "I'm not letting you go until I figure out whatever is happening between us."

Lydia Marie Langenberg just moved from the Netherlands to New Jersey after her dad got a new job there, Lydia had a really messy break up in the Netherlands which still mentally affects her. In her new school she doesn't talk much and keeps her head down. But one specific guy keeps catching her eye.

Me and Gerard had been best friends all the way up until 9th grade, where he starts to avoid me and bully me eventually, along with the popular kids. I had no other friends. 2 years later, the last year before graduation, he slips a truly heartfelt note in my locker, apologizing for everything. Will I accept it and become friends (or more than friends ;) again, or will I throw it out and tell him to screw off?

These are Gerard Way's journal entries. The content is what I assume Gerard would say in certain situations, and is completely fictional with some bits of true events/stories.

As far as they could remember, anxiety was a thing that colored their days, and fights have become a normal part of a life routine for them. Frank's always pitiful, drowning himself in alcohol and drugs, and Gerard doesn't seem to care. One night, Frank tells Gee about something, that he was never supposed to even know existed. About his love. And then he hides himself away, unable to bear a thought of what could've happen if he stayed there for longer, unable to face the reality of Gee's response. He would've run to away again and again till his time expires, if he could've. But fate meets them at a bar again. Fear is what runs Frank more than curiosity, so he tries, and tries, and tries to escape this trial again. But tonight, universe's long awaited recompense for its crimes and Frank's wars comes ascended in a form of Gee's words. And for once in a while, everything seems to turn to normal. Until Frank's hopes get shattered in pieces by a creature's wish. Hi guys!! This is my first ever fic, and for now I'm writing it just for fun, and to relive my frerard hyper fixation, lol. I don't know if I ever get to finish this, but if you enjoy it, I'm glad! I'm feeling not so well as I'm writing this, so poor Frank will take on all my emotional burdens. Have a good read!

Even though Frank Iero and Gerard Way's parents have been best friends since highschool, Gerard and Frank hate eachother. They never even wanted to be in the same room until their parents finally got fed up and decided they were going to lock them in a room together for 24 hours.

It's been one long year since everything happened. Frank is in jail for a crime he didn't commit while Gerard walks free. And the worst part? You miss him anyway. You live your normal life in sadness knowing what you're feeling is wrong and that you shouldn't miss him, thinking that you're going to just have to live your life without them. That is until one day where everything changes.
