His mother, Inko and him decided to get away from Japan because it brought up too many memories. He said goodbye to his friends and everything. They traveled to America, Los Santos. In the City, it looks beautiful from the picture but in reality, it's full of robbers, scammers, and gangs. Inko couldn't find a single good job or they just didn't care for her so she got into a life of crime. Izuku now lives on the West Coast with his mother and was basically trained by her.
