Percy Weasley and the Audacity of this Tomb: A "Completely Accidental" Guide to Mummifying Your Brother for Fun and Profit
This story exists because, as fans of the series, we were only ever given a tantalising glimpse into the Weasleys' Egyptian holiday. In Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, the narrative briefly mentions that the twins were stopped by Mrs Weasley from attempting to lock Percy in an ancient tomb, but the books and films leave the rest to our imagination.
I wanted to bridge that gap. I felt that such a legendary prank-one involving ancient architecture, Percy's peak "Head Boy" energy, and Molly's iconic temper-deserved more than just a passing sentence. By writing this, I wanted to explore the hilarious dynamic of the Weasley family in a completely different setting, showing exactly how Fred and George would use Egyptian history as a weapon, and how Molly would manage the chaos of seven children in a foreign land.
